Viz Media’s June solicitations pour on the mainstays such as Bleach, Boys Over Flowers, Eyeshield 21, Inuyasha Ani-Manga, Knights of the Zodiac, One Piece, and Zatch Bell!, along with some returning favorites, including a new edition of One-Pound Gospel and VIZBIG omnibus editions of Dragonball and Dragonball Z.

Today I received a lovely e-mail from Evelyn over at Viz confirming that they will be publishing The Legend of Zelda Manga across the United States, with a release date of 7th October, 2008 for the first volume.

Visit Zentendo for the full story, including descriptions of the two volumes currently scheduled.

Viz Media is planning to introduce a few new manga series this coming May, in the forms of B.O.D.Y., Fairy Cube, and The Record of a Fallen Vampire.

And of special note: look for these VIZBIG (omnibus) editions: Dragonball Volume 1, Dragonball Z Volume 1, and Rurouni Kenshin Volume 2.

Plus returning favorites like Basara, Case Closed, Flame of Recca, Hunter x Hunter, and more.

Viz wraps up 2007 with a slew of manga installments, including three new Naruto volumes, Yu-Gi-Oh!: Duelist Volume 24, Inuyasha Ani-Manga Volume 24, Zatch Bell! Volume 16, and Golgo 13 Volume 12. Nothing much in the way of new series, with Wild Ones Volume 1 making a lone appearance.
